Point of Sale (POS)
Your staff takes orders and processes payments here. It works on tablets, laptops, or desktops - no special hardware needed.
Each working session starts with a sales shift that tracks all orders and payments. Your team can handle dine-in, take-away, and delivery orders, and accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments through Dojo terminals.
Orders go to the kitchen the moment they're placed. No delay.
The POS also includes a TV pickup screen for displaying order status to customers, and an order announcement sound that plays automatically when orders are ready.
Self-Ordering
Guests scan a QR code at their table, browse your menu on their phone, and order without waiting for a server. The order goes straight to the kitchen display, same as if staff entered it on the POS.
You control which items appear on the self-ordering menu. Great for busy hours when your team is stretched thin.
Kitchen Display System (KDS)
The KDS replaces paper tickets with a digital screen showing incoming orders in real time. Kitchen staff see what to prepare, mark items in progress, and clear completed orders.
If your kitchen has multiple stations (grill, drinks, desserts), you can route items so each station only sees what's relevant to them.
Reservation
Accept table reservations from customers ahead of time. Manage upcoming bookings and plan your seating for the day.
Reporting
View your sales data - track revenue over time, see which items are selling best, and break down sales by payment method or order type.
Employee & Role Management
Add your team and control exactly what each person can access. The permission system is granular - you decide who can edit menus, take orders, process payments, access the kitchen display, manage finances, and more.
Permissions can be restricted by location too, so a manager at one branch can't accidentally change another branch's settings. New employees get an email invite to create their account.
