Reporting Overview
Who is this article for?
Account owners, or team members with:
- View sales shifts
- View all orders
Set permissions in All Apps > Settings > Roles.
Go to All Apps > Dashboards to open the dashboard.
Use the date filter at the top to select a time range (this week, this month, last 30 days, or custom). You can also filter by store.
The dashboard has six pages, accessible from the sidebar navigation.
Sales Overview
Overview of earnings, order volume, and customer flow during the selected period.
- Gross Sales, Net Sales, Orders, Avg Order value - each with percentage change vs previous period
- Self-order vs staff order breakdown (if self-ordering is enabled)
- Daily sales trend - bar chart of gross sales per day with average-per-order line overlay
- Daily averages - avg daily sales, avg orders per day
- Order method share - pie chart of dine-in, take-away, and delivery
- Payment method share - pie chart of cash, Dojo card, and bank transfer
Menu Performance
Analyze which menu items are performing well and which ones need improvement.
- Menu items, Sold items, Gross profit, Gross margin summary cards
- Top-selling items - ranked by quantity, sales, or profit (switch tabs)
- Top add-ons - ranked the same way
Customer Loyalty
Analyze customer retention, visit frequency, and spending patterns.
- Customer loyalty summary (new vs returning customers, visit frequency)
- Customer table with individual spending and visit data
Kitchen Performance
Track kitchen efficiency, prep time trends, and how volume affects speed.
- Volume vs Prep Time - how order volume impacts preparation speed
- Kitchen Cooking Time - track how long each menu item takes to prepare
Peak Hours
Identify the busiest times by day of week and hour.
- Peak Hours Heatmap - customer volume by day and hour
- Dine-in Duration - how long dine-in customers spend at the restaurant
Staff Performance
Compare staff productivity by orders, revenue, and speed.
